Pop-Up Park Training >

Enjoy a small group training session while your kids practice their favorite sport. As a mom of three busy athletes, I understand the challenge of finding time to work out. The equipment will be provided at your child’s practice location. You can join a group of other moms or opt for a private session to meet your personal fitness goals.
